Versea is already signing up eye doctor offices and helping them become moderately complex laboratories that are completely CLIA compliant according to the FDA guidelines.
Mr Huemoeller said if Verséa can sign up 5 new eye doctors a month AXIM could become cash-flow positive by September with or without the CLIA Waiver.
However if the CLIA Waiver is approved Verséa and AXIM would be able to immediately expand the number of locations because of the large regional network operators that each have hundreds of locations.
My impression was the number of locations immediately increases by 500 or 1000 additional locations after CLIA Waiver is received.
AXIM has a path to profitability prior to CLIA Waiver approval. BUT CLIA Waiver approval is huge!!
