I believe he's refering to the two commitment letters from the auditing firm which were posted on the website, which are no longer there.

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
This letter will be published.
