The shell FUTS saw volume today as it went from .02 to .03.  This shell with next to no debt and only a 100 M OS and a 60 M float has been looking for a merger candidate in the tech industry for almost a year.  Rumor is they may be bringing in an AI company with uplist.  They are current on filings so the next steps are OTC attorney letter, update on website which is currently in progress, then the coming first PR explaining the merger.  With such a small float and OS the stock has a real chance to do VERY well.
