I've been lucky with good eating habits all my life. Fast food never a worry. The exercises i've had to do for the knee have helped me even more appreciate the worth of exercise every day. Since a red light runner took my car and another out some 15?? years ago i haven't had another, so obviously have to walk every day when out. Have never been into caffeine and the few cups out or interest lately didn't feel to give a boost so won't ever be too much into it. Also the running after the wonderful females all around took a mighty hit when the prostate cancer cut left me hanging around. And still waking up ever about 1.5 hours every night. So that chasing has disappeared. Am lucky, a bit like you, in understanding and looking forward to later chapters in life being much quieter. And different. Just look forward to experiencing whatever they have to offer.
It was Plato who said, “He, O men, is the wisest, who like Socrates, knows that his wisdom is in truth worth nothing”
