I have virtually stopped. Maybe three cigarettes in the last year, had the urge and had one three times months apart. No worry at all about starting again. I stopped when my breathing all of a sudden got worse, two three? years ago. Started by not not taking any cigs out with me so only smoked at home. No more though. And no desire at all to. You have to stop and you can. If i did anyone can. And, though your problem may not be as much a nuisance as my breathing was at the time, you too have a damn good reason for quitting. Gotta find what works for you. Cold turkey didn't work for me. I had to cut back and more over a period of time. Then stopped. Good luck with it. .
