Let's recap shall we.....

First the conclusion/link was made about Oleg and RXMD which would engage the uplist/merge with MULLEN. - Did NOT happen.

Next, there was soooo much certainty RXMD would uplist via SPAC. - Did NOT happen.

Then, of course the reverse merger with NXPL to uplist. - Did NOT happen.

Additionally, reverse spilt was assured only to be executed for uplisting. - Did NOT happen.

And lastly, none of the above are even on the table any longer because sneaky Fernandez withdrew the S1 uplisting document after becoming CEO. That's 2 long years of wasted effort by so many at RXMD involved in the process not to mention keeping thevshareholders baited during those 2 years hoping for a miracle.

Hope that paints a better picture of who Fernandez is and how little he cares about the RXMD shareholders, some of whom helped the company pay off a number notes to debtors by accumulating millions of shares.
