jbainseky, good wondering, so did I and I thought they might have done it in view of HALO business. Today, I am not so sure because they have mentioned several times in the CC's that they had increases in backlog.

That points to multiple small orders rather then one big one which is what I would expect if they built it 'on demand'.

And for Orange County we know that it is filling a gap in the market by offering these kind of services for the small companies, which IMO is a smart move because it suffices that one of them becomes big.
