I am not a member of management, so I am not privy to the info.

Yes, and not only I but many shareholders, after the fact, have a lot of reservations
about KAA and the old BOD and what they did.

If preferred are converted to common I will be happy to have them. Who knows
perhaps the AHCD shares also issued to every shareholder will also start trading.

But if current BOD decides to cancel them, I wont lost any sleep over it.
