Where does it say a deposit was put down? I suspect they have a blackout agreement contingent upon financing etc. Don’t see where we are in a different place now than we were before the press release. Still waiting for funding and an insurance wrap. And yet don’t see where a meaningful update on either was provided, isn’t this where the program hinges?
