Because the SEC doesn't generally take any action on the OTC unless people like me and do the heavy lifting for the SEC.

But submitting a report to the SEC is a great deal of work - especially for a self imploding stock like AVVH. Very little volume - no losses like GRNF where the Losses were over $35 million and the CEO was over the top so myself and others exposed the scam and now he is in Federal Prison.

It would be far more productive to put together a report about SSM/Cooley. But all of their hijacked shells are failing so it would be a waste of time.

AVVH is a obvious scam as are all of the SSM hijacked shells.
