You really don't understand the SEC, OTC or Securities Law.

The SEC really doesn't care about the OTC stocks there are 11,000 companies and the SEC doesn't have the manpower to enforce securities fraud.

The SEC takes the position that the OTC is just knuckleheads screwing over other knuckleheads.

AVVH and the other SSM hijacked shells are all light volume and those losing money don't have the political juice to get the attention of the SEC.

Or go to the DD Board and ask if the SSM Monopoly companies were hijacked.

Just because you don't understand the meaning of hijacked shells doesn't mean that AVVH etc aren't hijacked.

Read the articles by Brenda Hamilton about hijacked shells or corporate hijacking.

"Many dormant Pinks are Nevada companies, and so Nevada is a familiar choice for these fraudsters. It is so funny and immature to just say it is bullshit but never post and facts/DD/research to prove that AVVH isn't a hijacked shell - but we all know that won't happen. Looking forward to reading your DD.
