When a company files a Form 15 it is called going Dark because the company deregistered the stock and ceased all SEC filing Obligations.

Has AVVH filed a Form 10 the answer is no so they are still Dark - I have no idea why this is so difficult to understand. Why don't you do at least a modicum of research before posting.

"The term “going dark” refers to the process of voluntarily terminating and/or suspending a public reporting company’s statutory obligations to file periodic reports (i.e., Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K) imposed by Sections 13(a) and 15(d) of the Exchange Act, potentially leading to a lack of publically available information for the company"

So the SEC states that AVVH is Dark - what you are confused about is the OTCM listing companies as Dark or Defunct.

First, the OTCM isn't a exchange or regulator - they are a for profit public company.

"Dark or Defunct

Companies that may not be able or willing to provide disclosure to the public markets - either to a regulator, an exchange or OTC Markets Group"
