Leonite is not selling, they probably Maxed out the REG A (own majority float). Additionally buying up any retail scrap, and coaching Brookmount/Nils at the same time. It is very obvious to me that Leonite made some assurances to the company regarding uplisting to the NYSE.. Everything else to just understanding the uplist process. From bookrunner to offering.. Leonite over anyone else wants the offering price to be as high as possible. They stand to make Millions on this.. Retail probably owns a small part of the float. Wish we could peak at that NOBO list.
