Dems changed the law and for the first time we didn't trade goods we exported labor....Mr Clinton started it, It was Reagan's Idea, Bush wrote the bill and Clinton pushed of through (in a crazy vote) Also note how Clinton changed the party by taking soft money.....Started a down hill slide...

Set a new precedence it did and was followed by dems mostly dems since....And still is....Funny how we have to go over things after facts have been established...
