What IBATF share holders need is someone on the management team of IBATF to have a "Posion Pill" for the companies that IBATF does contracts with and penalties for those companies that do not get shit done on time.
As far as I am concerned Sorcia and EVL should not be able to receive their warrents. They did not do as they said.
