You really need to research about shell hijacking - then you would understand that AVVH was hijacked by SSM/Cooley.
And AVVH is Dark - when a company files a Form 15 and ceases SEC filing Obligations and deregisters the stock it is called going dark because they don't have to file any disclosures.
AVVH went dark in 2009 and there hasn't been a Form 10 or S-1 to change that.
