BioAmber board filed a NOI under the BIA appointing PwC and Chapter 11 in the USA, later moved to CCAA and Chapter 15. Court appointed Christian Bourque PwC as CCAA Monitor. BioAmber board resigned leaving Christian Bourque fully in charge. CCAA SISP failed resulting in BioAmber Inc (et al) entity (ies) being liquidated and PwC discharged from CCAA file. March 3, 2020 Claudio Filippone filed Form 3—Debtor Company Information Summary (Following the Order Discharging the Monitor).

(To be filed with the Superintendent of Bankruptcy under paragraph 23(1)(f) of the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act).

BioAmber did not submit a NOI to creditors or am I mistaken.

Are you inferring the BioAmber BIA file still active?

This statement should be revised as it pertains to Bioamber:

I disagree with Iron Eagle indicating PwC was appointed twice

The disagreement rest with the facts. Bioamber appointed PwC as trustee 1 day before filing in the US and Canada. So Bioamber appointed them as trustee and then following the filing they were court appointed as trustee as well. I mean Christian Bourque within the last 2 weeks told a shareholder he only deals with Bioamber creditors. Wrap your head around that statement!

Board resolution stands,
