ECGI is Down 85.71% in 1 year and UP over 300% in a few days...
Invested $10,000 @ the high of $0.21 down to $1,429 @ $0.0125 lost $8,571.
Invested $10,000 @ the low of $0.0125 up to $41,800 @ $0.0418 gain $29,300.
It's ALL about the timing. No one's fault but the timer's ;)

Check out this blip that illustrates how damn FAST the price per share can move with this Micro-Nano FLOAT (only 4.4M)...
The blip to $4 was achieved on a Micro-Nano FLOAT (like today's) and was accomplished with around 200,000 shares over a few days...moves like greased lightning when ANY volume hits the ask...
Tripled THAT day from a low of $1.30 to a high of $4. On 38,256 volume.
Came from around 20 cents 6 days earlier ran like a greased pig, with low-float-fever, to $4 before anyone noticed the super "moves on air" greased one, lol...
