When my mom lived in Florida she had a bunch of lesbian friends who were some of the most kindhearted and wonderful people I ever met. Every Wednesday they went to a club where they played "drag queen bingo" and I had a blast tagging along. It was basically guys dressed up in women's clothes with the makeup ,fake boobs and wigs cracking jokes all night in between drawing numbers. A complete love fest and they picked on me a lot lol.
