Investors all have access to the same old public information.
What's NOT public are FDA letters, reports and guidance, or testing results that UHP claims to have received in the past year or so.
Since they're NOT public information and CAN'T be seen by outsiders, it's IMPOSSIBLE for any outsider to provide assurances based on information they haven't seen and can only guess at, and which may not even exist.
Just because the process may have followed a certain path with other companies, doesn't mean this one didn't follow the wrong path and got lost in the woods.
