He called me on the phone. I am one of the largest shareholders. IR non responsive cause they want retail to sell. I have been saying this on twitter for a long time. They have some creepy relationship w Leonite the Lender. I exposed it.. They are the ones buying up the shares. Not broke retail. FACTS.. In fact the more they dilute the higher the offering is going to be cause they messed up in a Press release and gave away the terms.. Ya know like how the other party is getting 49% of the commons.. That don't leave much A/S and O/S for Nils to work w.. They got like 43M shares left to do an offering.. They won't need that much.. Probably offer .10 Million at 1.00 or 20 Million at .50.. The book runner will take care of that aspect and sell those offered shares to other institutions. Happy Investing!
