Clowns on a CC
If anyone here listened to the CC, you know what I mean.
First 3 minutes were forward looking statements crap..routine blah blah blah. Basically, you can invest into our company but don't expect any results.
Then Ezri starts to talk. 5 minutes of him reading off of a prepared script. Basically just read a fluff PR to everyone. You can even hear the pages being flipped. I really laughed at the part on the exchange:
"Highly unique and scalable..." - sure it is. You have a 1.5M float and can't even hold $3 pps.
He then thanks the shareholders he screwed over twice with reverse splits. A $1000 investment in Jan of 21 is now worth $6.
He brags about how he invested millions of his own money. No you didn't. It is basically shareholders money from after you screwed them over and then diluted funds into your own pocket. How about the shares you bought to try to keep this pos from going under a buck. Didn't help did it?
Then Joel jumps on the mic and starts listing all these figures in the millions, but you can barely understand him. Talks really quick. Yes revenue went up but so did everything else, including expenses. Anyone can just read figures...even a caveman.
Then comes the best part, questions! Once again, these clowns have prescreened callers waiting in line. A couple of companies and some shareholders with the same Jewish accent, hmmm. Let's get REAL shareholders on the phone and have Fagin answer REAL questions about all the things he promised shareholders for the past 4 years. For someone who is suppose to be a billionaire and has been in the business for decades, your company is a pos struggling to stay above $3 pps.
