Thank You for the find, as you were always good on the sec filings and regulations. You were one of the main reasons I invested in SOLI back in 2019 because you were so excited over this company and the filings at that time. A lot has changed since then. I do believe they terminated their shell status though: https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/361290/content


Honestly, until I have all of my shares back in my account, I am not going to get overly excited about anything here. Hopefully by that time? We will see some nice updates and maybe even an institutional investor jump onboard like they had before with Wield and Co. which eventually backed out after they couldn't get SOLI Audited.

At best I look at this is a Hail Mary long-shot. I'm hoping Charlie Scott proves everyone wrong on this board and my investment does well. At this point that is all that I can do.
