If it is filed by 4/15/2023 they will be fine and NOT be sent to the grey market.

If i remember they had to file an annual statement by 4/30/2023 , if they do they would not go to the grey market.

I will look where i saw this, but i am pretty sure about it.

This indicates to me that the new CEO is serious about keeping SPSO from being sent to the Grey Market.
