IF Conboy's new MFB-31 (patented?) is so ground breaking
WHY did he sell it to a OTC pinky that has OTCIQ warning and re-filing Qs,Ks from well over a decade ago???????
WHY didn't he sell to a higher tier OTC or Nasdaq group?
