SEC protecting investors is a complete joke. The new rules are only helping shorty cover or not have to cover at all since the shell could never file. Short will never have to cover those shares.

REVO was delisted after CEO issued false press releases. There patent got licensed by all the alarm security companies and us shareholders haven't seen a dime. SEC is useless they only protect Wall St. All government agencies only protect there own.
