BtAB did not provide an audited financial statement.
We have them $600k and they could not get it done.
So we didn’t merge. I’ve got another deal we are working on. I’ve spent $60k of my own and family related money in last couple months. Bought new shares. So I’m committed.
We loaned them $600k.
That’s what I meant. It’s in the news release.
