BS...Willy "claims" it's no longer a shell,not the SEC. Another bogus "acquistion" is meaningless to the SEC until it LEGALLY happens.

PUMP before the financials which of course will show NOTHING except another $300K added to shareholders DEBT and owed to Sellers.

That debt will now be ONE MILLION $$$$$ owed to Sellers.
