Hmmmm this could be true also. We just don't know what the Gov is up to but I think we can all agree they will keep as much for themselves and as little for us shareholders.
Even if the SPSA is 79.9%. with the currant common float of shares being 4b Fannie and 650m Freddie sure would like to know what type of conversion the SPSA is or would be based on Market cap after recap!
