As a current shareholder, I hate the idea. It's value right out of my shares. But if the whole purpose for the incoming company is to go public, it would be crazy to do anything differently. I understand the shareholder confidence issue that was mentioned earlier, but it is trading at .0007. How much confidence can it really loose? Besides, it would certainly make it up on the other side of the ticker change. All with a fresh and un-bloated OS. Also agree that any R/S should absolutely include the AS proportionately. Best guess would be 1000-1 imho
