Absolutely. Many have left the OTC due to the market killing regulation. The OTC is dead and I give it a couple of years before the OTC is completely gone. BABL is a great example of the OTC dying. With BABL's accomplishments today (especially the website) this stock should be a 10 bagger already and continuing upwards. In the past days of the OTC it would have been.
