Your Amaretto sounds delicious. LOL, sipping is easy, just if i have it in the house it's a question of how long between sips. It's been awhile though and am older now so might be nice to give one another chance. Yep, recovery is going very well thanks, zab. Much easier now, but still challenging and other muscles (stomach, for one) are getting sore, which is good.
