It wasn't the video as much as it was the P.R. that got them suspended. They actually were able to send home test kits out, but then the FDA reversed direction on this and banned home test kits at the time. The SEC then overstepped their authority and suspended every company that mentioned COVID. Had they just not mentioned those Home Test kits in that PR we would have hit well over $5 per share during the pandemic maybe higher. I still remember that interview well.
