Now I think you owe everyone an explanation. Are you on the boards merely to troll for clients, or have you (or your employer, if you have one) been hired to do this by a listed company or companies?

If the latter, I suggest that you make disclosure in compliance with Section 17b of the 1933 Securities Exchange Act.
