On April 4, 2018, the Company sold all of Nipton Inc. to CannAwake Corporation for 160,000 shares of the CannAwake’s Series A Convertible Preferred Stock. On March 26, 2021, the Company and CannAwake agreed to return 155,500 shares of CannAwake’s Series A Convertible Preferred Stock and immediately convert the remaining 4,5000 shares into 4,500,000 shares of CannAwake Common Stock, resulting in a reduction to 9.3% ownership of CannAwake. During the year ended June 30, 2022, the Company wrote off its investment in CannAwake.
Does that mean they originally claimed that 160,000 shares were worth the $7+million.. What exactly was written off?
This 2,200,000 was listed in the last filing attached to Brad Hares name.

Does the shady deals ever end.. Not forgetting that Shane Howel also on the books and the owner of building that houses Sweet Virgina? Who also sued or was sued about raising the rent during next lease? Also a employee or AG? Staying employed after filing lawsuit ?
IMO...The antics of these guys never stop , I still think a investigation into the person w AG that worked with the SEC department needs to take place. Its almost like the SEC knows the F'd up not nailing these guys in 2014-2015 or before / during / after the Nipton Heist and if they do so now ot will make whoever handled the past cases look in competent
