Could be many reasons, not negative. I presume due the filing taking place subsequently to their YE Audit period, SGTM may have withdrawn after their first round of comments to resubmit with their new audited financials. I have seen many companies do this and achieve approval from FINRA shortly after. I wouldn't be surprise to see them refile shortly after their upload their YE this month.

Overall love the company. The have had year over year growth, constantly expanding, amazing content, and their new HumiSoil line is what will catapult them to new levels.

This is truly a diamond in the rough. I can't wait for SGTM to start gaining traction.
