Why, because $KITL diluted instead of filing subsidiary per their 8k which put it back in . 02 -. 03 range?

You suggesting otc pump & dump fraud here?

I cant imagine SC Culinary, FranSMART, and EMC involving themselves in fraud.

That said, Im givin it another week to see the Florida subsidiary filing before my patience thins out. Will be reaching out to EMC for clarification if no filing or PR by end of week.
