Wanted to share this with my iHub friends! I just posted this on twitter and copy/pasted it for here...

$KITL IMPORTANT- OS update!
$KITL - I wanted to let you all know here on my twitter feed before someone sees this somewhere else and starts screaming about scams and dilution... KITL did indeed raise their OS after the close this past Friday from 189,216,582 to 206,148,534. That's an increase of 16,931,952 shares. Out of all those shares, only 6,480,000 shares were issued to the float. The rest, 10,451,952, ended up in restricted shares. The AS has not been touched and is still very low at 300,000,000. Understand…I have spoken with Claudio Ferri, the co-CEO in the past. I find him to be a smart, meticulous man, who absolutely knows and understands financing and especially dilution and toxic debt. He spent 20 years plus managing billions of dollars for State Street bank and others. He understands that not all dilution is bad, as long as is used for a specific purpose of growing the company. Anyone trying to sell him on toxic death spirals…(those that become variable conversions and lead to runaway dilution) gets shown the door… Any funding they do MUST have a floor price on the conversion. KITL’s dilution risk is very measured he told me…and always with the end goal of moving KITL forward. So, this current action tells me that the roll out is near. This is what those shares are for, to be used at an absolute critical time in their growth, as they roll out their plan. Now with KITL’s experienced management team at the helm, plus franchise industry leader, FranSMART advising them plus with SC Culinary – Scott Conant’s amazing culinary talents….and having the financing in place to execute the plan…I believe us shareholders have A LOT to look forward to this year IMO!!
