(NEX:PGM.H) (“PureGold” or the “Company”) announces today the departures of Mark O’Dea, President & CEO; Phil Smerchanski, VP Exploration & Technical Services; Chris Lee, Chief Geoscientist; and Adrian O’Brien, Director Marketing and Communications, effective immediately.
