Thought i'd finished all the 3 hours of solid exercises for today, then on checking my tick off check list was missing one. The "Bridge on bed." Times 10. So got out of the chair and did the damn thing. FINISHED for today. You can imagine every day what a fooking relief it is to get to there. 3:36 pm. Surgeon and rehab RPA visit tomorrow.
