Tell that to the people at EV. Seams like a lot of them went quite after the failed merger with plpl. Not saying a RS is bad. Just saying if they don't have the goods to back it up. It puts a lot of bad press on what seams like a decent company. It's their call but r/s ing after merger would put a lot of heat on them unless they have the goods. Maybe they have the goods but it's years away. They just dug their grave. Bad reviews on their products they sell across the globe. That's the way of the world. Not wise but not unheard of.
