12yearplan, That's one of yours which loses me. lol, it's either me or you. Just, fact is, i don't understand some of it.

First, what does "My phrase" mean there. If it's connected with the phrase "Follow the money" i don't know what you are getting at. Politics is at the core of how many changes are made, sure but not nearly at the core of many more changes which are made. Corruption by money, yeah what's new there. Some institutions, some individuals are corrupted by money. Money though is not always a corrupting influence. Sometimes money is very positive, Right??

Then, i don't understand why you said "Generous of you to acknowledge truism for many things." Just a fact is all. What's with the generous bit. A touch of gentle sarcasm, maybe. If so that's cool, i just don't understand what you were getting at there.

Then, sure in some conversations corruption of/by money is pertinent. In others good done by the existence of money is more relevant.

Then again, your last sentence i don't understand. Avoiding the obvious is not wanking in the say i used it to describe Brand. It's the egotistical, self-indulgence of Brand which is wanking. He does not avoid the obvious, in fact he concentrates on much of it.
