Lots of fun stuff coming out of the 8k today that is being pushed as bearish.

MSM has been trying to push the agenda that Hudson Bay Capital is the investor and will diluting the heck out of the stock. However, the company clearly states no dilution within 90 days of agreement while they are trying to make it look like the price has dilution baked in. Couple that with HBC Investments LLC signing the last 8k with *Authorized Signatory* and we are truly talking about some crazy going on.

I could be wrong. This could go sub $1 to create "Price Failure." however I think BBBY is smarter than that. To clearly give a defined value at which failure will happen wouldn't make sense to this chess game they're playing. Something is cooking, something big. Holding a big share count right now, and if time allows, I will add more. Not worried about this company at all anymore. BK has been taken off the table (for a good 8 months at least) and that's all that matters. The price is fake.
