PFE acquires SGEN for $229/sh cash—a 42% premium to SGEN’s “unaffected” share price on 2/24/23:

The nominal deal value is $43B including assumption of debt. The deal is expected to close in late 2023 or 2024 due to a lengthy review by antitrust regulators.
