IMO it should be rejected.
They're trying to pull a fast one and convince SEC into believing they have assets and more than "nominal" operations.
UR Development Group Limited was incorporated on 1-27-17, but I don't see where they have any business or revenues. Maybe they do, but there's no evidence of that in the filing. And no evidence of assets.
Cursory filings don't cut it - if you're claiming to have assets and more than "nominal" operations, you gotta prove it! Attach some notarized statements or something.
