Dear Rory, I've been an investor in this company since 2017 when it was listed FUSZ. My balance was once $333,510 with 122,652 shares. Then along came a split and subsequent multiple stock dilutions and I have watched the share price go down and down. Every time it starts getting some traction it seems more dilution follows. I have heard you state multiple times how you are creating shareholder value. I have tried to keep the faith and continued buying more and putting in thousands of dollars at every chance I've had both while working and now in retirement. My account now has dwindled to around $9,000. Is this your shareholder value. I used to believe in you but now I just don't. You'll soon do a reverse split again and the price will likely drop again and I'll have nothing to show for all these years of being a faithful investor.
