CEO said other companies are copying their idea on the FIRST conference call on January 5th! Straight from the CEO. Not sure how your explanation about un-patented IT prevents companies from copying their idea when the CEO said exactly that on the FIRST conference call. He was merely address the reason they don't have a patent on the second conference call....but it obviously doesn't stop anyone from doing the same thing for much cheaper.
