I think the probability that we will get the loan of 800 million usd is the same as the probability that we will be mining rare earths . ( IMO close to 100 percent) I understand the prudent words in the newsrelease ( I come out of a profession where we were worldchampions in being cautious with words and certainly for US clients ) but I think that this government backed entity has done all the due dilligence necessary before they issue such a letter of Intent. They do not want this to fail. IMO This process did not start when the management team went to Washington amonth or so ago. It started many months earlier, probably parallel with the GX II negotiations. I do not think we would have received this LOI without the backing of the GXII deal.
I posted this by accident also on the LWLG board (lol); The funny thing is that most Belgian shareholders who are in LWLG are also in Niocorp.
