Look into that angle and it all hinges on Tamra and Lippo China, a Hong Kong ticker. Long friggin story but Werbe Summary would be Sky Mineral, a company Lippo China were minority investors in, went bankrupt. Main asset of Sky Mineral was CS Mining, which had bunch of land in UTAH meant for mining. Assets were bought up by Lippo China in bankruptcy court auction, which Lippo then placed them into a new company called Tamra.
Old majority investors in Sky claimed deal was shady and assets were stolen by other insiders, claimed they signed up a loan that was intentionally designed to steal assets. Original BK deal was proven shady, called off in courts but then brought back and partially reinstated. Hard to say what assets and what went where. Lippo China, which owned sky, has not filed their 2022 annual yet, which would show the outcome of the court case on their part. If they lost the assets in Utah, any SOP angle would be pointless because VGLS would not own anything of value.
