Unless your argument is that he was still a control person and George Sharp was acting illegally by assuming voting control of WNFT, then there is no cause of action against Calasse for anything done in 2022.
According to Sharp, Sharp had voting control of the company. Calasse was not a director or officer. There is no cause of action against him.
More importantly, even if he was still an officer, there is no cause of action against someone for defending their shares against cancellation.
Again, this all may be confusing without proper research.
If someone can't tell that a shell is a shell, can you trust anything else that they say?
